Call sheets and extracted information

Turnaround turns call-sheet details into editable job, calendar and contact information. Always review your call time, exact work address, rate and production contacts before relying on them.

Pay and overtime calculations

Pay is calculated from each job’s selected guarantee, actual time, meal break and overtime rules. You can edit the rules or enter a manual invoice total when a production uses different terms.

Privacy and document handling

Your workspace is private to your account. Turnaround will clearly identify when an original document is stored versus when only extracted job information is retained.

The service

Turnaround is a web-based recordkeeping and workflow service for freelance production work. Features may change as the product develops.

Subscription billing

Paid Turnaround plans renew on the monthly or yearly billing cycle selected at checkout until canceled. Stripe handles payment processing. Paid subscribers can open Manage Billing from Settings to review or cancel their subscription.

Your account

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share access to another person’s private production or financial information without permission.

Review your information

You must verify call times, work locations, rates, contacts, invoices and other extracted information before relying on it. Turnaround does not guarantee that imported or calculated information is error-free.

Financial and tax information

Pay calculations, tax reserves and withholding totals are organizational estimates only. Turnaround does not provide tax, legal, accounting or financial advice.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information and documents you provide. You grant Turnaround permission to process that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material or interfere with other users or Turnaround’s systems.

Account deletion

Deleting a paid Turnaround account cancels its active Turnaround subscription before the account data is removed. Account deletion does not by itself promise a refund of charges already processed.

Availability

The service is provided as available and without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.
